Yes, I think so, too. The question is who is it and who stole the files?
If Lissa's sibling is someone we know, then it's probably either Jill or Adrian. I'd go for Jill. Her father is never mentioned, she has the same eyes as Lissa and her mother is a dancer - I don't think that information would have been revealed if it weren't important - maybe she used to be one of those showgirls.

I think we'll get to know more about Nathan (the Strigoi) in LS, I'm just not sure where he fits in.

Well Tasha dissapeared after Rose's out burst and hasn't been seen since. she could have stollen the pappers and killed Tatiana....or at least had someone steal the pappers for her. Making sure Lissa doesn't get on the council

Would Tasha have a motive to steal the papers, though? I don't think the murder and the disappearance of the files are necessarily related.

Well if she new Lissa's dad. then she could know he was hiding something. maybe she want's to get back at Lissa's family for something...but yeah, it's probably not related.

It's possible that Tatiana herself got the files in order to find information on Lissa's sibling.. but I guess she would have mentioned it in the note if that's the case..

Yeah...but the files went missing with in a few hours before her death.......But Ambrose does have training of gardian nature and he was missing. didn't come back until the day before or of her death..maybe she asked him to do it

Yeah, that's what I thought, about Ambrose doing it for her, and I didn't know she died so soon afterwards. So she didn't get a chance to add that in the note? Perhaps.

But yeah think about it. Rose meets Ambrose right after publically yelling at Tatiana, then goes to Rhonda for the cards. she get's the message from Sydney. stands up Adrian, then the next night Rose goes Blood whore for a bit and then wakes up and is charged with Tatiana's murder. it actually all fits the timeline

now that I'm thinking about it. maybe Tatiana didn't know and she was just hoping to find info in the files that would help Lissa. so she read the files and found out and wrote the letter to Rose but then after writng the letter Tasha killed her.

That's also possible. Either way, I think she knew someone wanted to kill her.

Yeah there was so much controversy over the age law and pushing for everything else. then Tatiana mentioned a family fued type thing among the council when she dropped in on the Dinner with Adrians parents. i think she totally saw this coming. the question is how did Tasha get past all Tatiana's guards and even then she had to have a breif scream of pain when she died. how could gaurdians not have noticed any of this??

Yeah, that's a tricky part. That's why many people think the killer was a spirit user. I really don't know..

Well maybe she wasn't working alone, or maybe her compulsion is abnoramally strong. i mean the strngth of compulsion varys from vamp. to vamp. to hers could actually be quite strong. even tho she's not a spirit user

in the first book it says that the Morri Specialize in one element but some can use more then one just not all that good. Could Spirit work in the same way? could someone have spirit but specialize in say...FIRE. (like Tasha) just throwing that little thought out there

Good point. I'm not sure if that's possible with Spirit but could be possible, all the same.

A thought has also just hit me, I don't know if I've already pointed this out but Robert (Victor's half-brother) healed a Strigoi back to normal form but didn't say if they we're Moroi or dhampir.

What if Ms.Karp was that strigoi and then ended up in the mental section of the prison where Victor was and that she was one of the locked up Spirit users. What do you all think?

i think that could be a very likely senario with Ms. Karp.

It's possible that it was Ms. Karp.
And yes, it's probably the same thing with spirit - other people can have a small amount of control over it. I guess that's why every Moroi can use compulsion, but it's not strong.

well the com[pulsion verys from vamp. to vamp. there was never any set level of compulsion except that no one is as good as a spirit user. but no one said they cant be close.

Yes, just like with other elements - others can use it, but those who specialized in it are the best. That's why I think Tasha could be good at it.

and i think that the guard or janitor or whatever the person who saw Adrian go into Rose's room must of been under compulsion. cause i dont care if your about to get your brake time no one rmembers timing as that percice!!
