What's everyone up to?

I've never heard of Koalas being aggressive. I've only seen one in person from a distance though. I had to do a double take on the goat races lol Everything sounds awesome but it'd take weeks to see everything. guess it's a good thing I have a while to save lol. I definitely won't be traveling there until the kids are old enough to enjoy it and I won't go that far without them. It kind of sucks cause I'd like to enjoy everything while I'm in my 20's but if I wait until the kids are old enough i'll en up being in my 30's : /

And Wilda you could go. I mean loads of people take their children to like Australia when they are young. Or you could ask a family member to look after them. Or have the family member take them abroad whilst you go to Australia?

I never said I couldn't go. I could take take but they are only 1 and 6. I wouldn't be able to fully enjoy the trip and I wouldn't want to leave them here and me go off to Australia. Thats like 17 hours away. I'd be worried and paranoid lol and who would want to tag a long to australia just to be stuck babysitting the entire time?? I knwo I wouldn't lol besides I'd want my kids to enjoy it all too so maybe in about 5 yrs at ages 7 and 11 we can go. I'd still be in my 20's-barely but still 20's

Had to see the dentis today. I have 2 cavities. yuck. I hate the dentist.

My parents felt the same way. We didn't really start travelling around Australia until I was 14...that way I was old enough to know what we were doing as well as what we were seeing. You just don't remember the experience if you're too young.

im DYING to go to the dentist. I love the dentist. Plus they always do a cleaning and my teeth look super white afterward. But i dont have insurance and cant go.... and my wisdom teeth started to grow :-(

I'm not a fan of the dentist either but I need to go. We don't have dental insurance either and they can be pretty expensive.

My allergies are in full swing right now. Last night I fell asleep before 8:30pm! I can't remember the last time I was asleep that early. My nose is all stuffy, my eyes and throat are irritated and I can't seem to stop sneezing. I was hoping to make it through spring without any side effects but I guess I was wrong I'm taking today to just sit around and be lazy with absolutely NO cleaning. It seems that the more I move around and do stuff the worst I feel.

I hate them too, but i only have to go for check-ups now. i was pretty lucky in getting the nice-teeth-gene

I'm so super upset. I have been doing badly in my biology class. The first quiz i utterly failed(45 out of a 100). Today we had the second quiz. I was so determined to get a good grade. I studied for DAYS, for hours EACH day. I printed out notes, pictures, graphs, diagrams. I studied SO much and i actually knew and understood the material. I took the second quiz this morning... first one to finish. I was confident. I knew almost everything on the paper. I was so happy all day. I just logged on to view my grade. 54(out of a 100). I so do not agree with that grade. I'm not a person to get upset over grades... but it's just like my college career is hanging on this class. I need to pass this class to take the second level in the summer , and then graduate and move on to a senior college. And i'm really pissed off considering for the first quiz i failed because i barely studied ( i didn't have the time) and then compared to the amount of effort and studying i put into the second quiz and the grade isn't even a significant difference. It's so completely depressing and draining.

Can you ask to see your quiz so you know what you got wrong? Or maybe ask for extra credit?

SS Tasha. I think we've all been there sometime or another. I'm with Amy about looking over your test and all. Maybe you can talk to the professor or a classmate and get some extra help.

It can't be too hard I mean just go ask your teacher to look over the test and see what you got wrong like what Amy and Wilda said.

Ok, I hate cats now sorry about the randomness but I went to PetSmart today into the cat adoption place and pet the cutest kitty and I'm allergic right thought I'd be okay but I get in there and "AHCHOO!!" Turns out I'm still allergic and have to get a skin test thanks to my appointment these past few days. Gotta love those allergies right?

Yes, i have an appointment with the professor... Its the only way to look at the exam, things aren't handed back just grades posted. The grades stay though. No make ups or extra credit. And i have been attending every class, taking meticulous notes, going over the presentations , the book with the dvd , and a study group with tutoring. I'm not exaggerating when i said i studied for days , hours each days and i actually KNEW almost everything on that quiz. It's not hard work. I understood and knew the material. So It was shock to see that failing grade. It's more emotional hurt because it's like my all my effort and energy for what?

Aw Ash. My allergies haven't been active for five years or so. But 2 weeks away they came back out of no where. Allergies suck big time.

I understand Tasha. It makes you feel like there is no point in even studying when you go through all that studying just to fail. I hope it gets easier for you.

I LOVE cats but I'm allergic to cats too Ash but not quite that bad. Sometimesmy skin will itch where they scratch me or my eyes will start itching. But it's not constant for some reason. It's worse now cause I haven't had a cat in my home for more than a yr but I want to get one. Right now my allergies are due to orange blossoms (we have an orange tree in ourbackyard) and pollen. I think it's turned into a full blown cold now. It never fails. Happens every season.

Yupp I mean I like cats their cool and everything but I get really sick and I'm off my allergy meds so like everything i'm allergic to which is everything but dogs and food is killing me so I'm really sick plus I add i fucked up my knee again. So I'm sick and broken lovely right? Why couldn't my ankle have twisted or somehting?

Hate it when you study loads to end up getting a bad grade. Or when you make a stupid mistake and its the difference between an A and a B.

Had a killer week. 3 tests in 2 days. Finally free. Don't think they're going to that good.
