A little confused...

So I noticed something when I started reading BP that kind of confused me. In the beginning (either the prologue or the first chapter) Rose says that Mason told her Dimitri was in Russia. I remember reading SK, but I don't recall Mason saying or even hinting where Dimitri was. All he alluded to was that Dimitri was a Strigoi. Anyone else confused about this?

yeah but remember when he told her he was a strigoi she said that "if i wanted to find him in knew where i had to look first." or something like that because she knew him being in America and so close to her would hurt him and her and well it was a clue in the first three books, he hadsaid if he could he would go back to Russia at the drop of a hat, so i guess she looked there first just beacause of lovers instinct i guess

I think it's just one of those author adding affects thing. Like later in BP rose was remembering a scene with Dimitri that was new to us- the Snow Angels? Or something.

yeah nad i wouldve liked to read that in what SK and wehn thye were talking after they made love i wouldve liked her to put that in there but i guess she wanted us to wait

I thought about that actually, but to me, it's not the same. I mean, we could have lived without the Snow Angel scene (Don't get me wrong, though. I really appreciated a last encounter with Dimitri's old self) but I just felt like it was a mistake, the part about Mason telling her Dimitri was in Russia. He only said, like, one word to her when he was a ghost, and something that huge would be like a speech for him, y'know? I don't know, maybe I'm just over-analyzing this kinda stuff.

Time was confused. Rose would dip in Lissa's head while she flew across the country, check in at Court, go to a party, and get drunk. Then she'd step in her own head and it was still night and only an hour at most had passed in Siberia. Weird.
