My mum and i were royally ticked off and turned-off by the replacing of a reasonable structure and feel the novel had, with an outrightly Chaotic Structure and Feel, as the one thing that felt like[more like Was!] an outright Screw-Over, was the mutilation of the Prophecy and the conversation after the fighting.

The only thing i can say, that i know the movie managed to do, right, was that at the very least, it's easier to understand where Harry's coming from, in unclear thoughts, that Harry's Godfather just wanted to take care of Harry and save what was left of his family[the rest of the Marauders' family!]Snape's reasons to be mad were kept[even though they...messed-up with James' reasons for it, which further disrupts the dark feel of year 5!]and, this may sound poetic, coming from me, but...At the very least, in movie 5, i managed to learn how to care about Ginny, better, which i was trying real hard, to do, when reading the novels after book 2[except for in books 5 + 7!] i just wished that Wright had some of Ginny's better moments from the novel, though.


Apart from that, the most messed-up fouling i recalled, was the mutilating of the Prophecy that connects all the novels, together.I don't know how the final movies could fix the mess, when they didn't bother to have proper build-up to the final movies...movie 6 managed to fix the error, to some extent, but it wasn't enough, still, Jill.

That is why i am hoping that The Percy Jackson And The Olympians movies would fare better than the Potter-World movies did, along with 'The Seeker:The Dark Is Rising,' which was even more messier than need-be.But first, we need to spread word of 'The Lightning Thief' movie, and hope everyone can be there on opening weekend, to undo most of the damages, Jill.

What can i say?I want the P.J.A.T.O fan-base to inherit many a great thing from all those years of Epic Fantasy Tradition, but i don't want the kind of mess that Potter-World V.S twilight turned out to be, which is why i'm scared to read the Vampire Academy Sequels after Frost-Bite, because i don't want the Nightmare to repeat itself!Is that really so wrong?

You could do two betters, by also having the option on if they butcher the entire Prophecy of Camp Half-Blood, [Made after World War 2, i might add!] to let me slap you, or if and when Vampire Academy gets nearly as famous as the Potter-world, only to restart the Potter-World Versus twilight shit, without even the excuse of it being as memorable[for all the right reasons!] as Star Trek Versus Star Wars, if not better-received, even, can i Cyber-Slap you, then, Jill?

Better yet, can we save the slapping for Role-Plays, where i'd let my party members do that, for me?

in some ways, yes a movie would be great!but they would definently mess up Dimitri and Christian. but i think they would give it a closing, unlike NEW MOON! i mean really! "Maryy me first"*end of movie* AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!

marriage should not be an ultimatem or bargaining chip. Thats the least romantic thing ever. it's a very controlling trait, which I guess edwards character is so it works for that movie i guess. i think that's lame though. I still have yet to see the movie. I'm more interested in the effects and how they portrayed the wolves.

I guess if Lissa might have to choose between marrying Christian or risk the Dragomir Bloodline's extinction, it would have been a more epic[win] story[or a better part for it!] than Edward's and Bella's more fail-filled results, at least somewhat?

That said, Jill, the only time i recalled Christian's controlling-ness[if he had any, which is almost nil...] was when he and Lissa mated in a church, right?

Like you said Christian's controlling is nil.Dimitri has a bit of controlingness but he is Rose's teacher and mentor who has to look out for her. His jealousy does sometimes take over though like when he first found her in Adrian's room in SK. It's not possessive the way edwards is.

But Christian still mated with the Angel Princess, at a Church, though, which deducts some of the positive meaning out of it, because it took place in a church.

Dimitri never went as bad as, if not worse than, Edward, until he pulled a Castellan and becomes a Terrorist God, as Edward had[Except the novels admitted he went Terrorist God, when he went Strigoi, though!]

I guess Dimitri's less of a Terrorist God than Edward, right?

yup I don't count anything from when he turns strigoi because thats not dimitri anymore and that kind of behavior is in a strigoi's nature. Edward doesn't have an excuse he's just pathetic.
