I think, for someone I love as much as Rose loves Dimitri, I would see if I could turn him back to the way he was. I know it's a risky, and if Dimitri finds Rose before she can find a cure, than she should absolutely kill him, but I think Dimitri and Rose deserve to end up together.

I wonder if she has to fully kill him before Adrian brings him back. Remember ho Lissa had said he would have to be recently dead? Well maybe being strigoi kept him alive enough so that when rose kills him it will be recent enough for adrian to bring him back. I know many object to Adrian and Dimitri being bound but after what we saw happen to Avery when she was bound to too many people, I don't want lissa to go through that so it would have to be Adrian.
