I'm just so excited for bloodlines. I heard somewhere that it was going to be in third person. I really hope not it int as personal. But I also saw some spoilers and they were in first person so I'm not sure whats correct I'm hopping that Adrain will find his Match in this book. But I'm not sure if it will be with sidney because she's still not completely comfortable being around vampires. SPOILeRS. Also in LS when she was in the place with the mori that kept to their old ways she was so disgusted by the humans maying the vampires. So will she be with adrian? Regarding Jill I think Adrain cares for her as a sis. It could turn in to more, but it would be illegal because she is 15. So I am kind of stuck..hmmm?

well, firstly, abt the narrative, it will be first person... richelle had at first decided to alternate b/w third and first, but then she stuck to fist person..i'm glad abt that, becuz i love first person narraratives best!

abt sydney, well see, the way i see it, that's the best thing abt sydney adrian.. the fact that sydney is so disgusted with moroi, yet she also found adrian cute (in SK).. soo.. there is quiet a chance that she may be attracted to him.. and isn't forbidden romance our fav romance? =D that's the reason i am all game for sydney adrian.. she'll be disgusted by who he is, yet at the same time attracted

with jill adrian, it's quiet simple, predictable, and it has been done already..this is why the "jailbait" idea doesn't really intrigue me as much..u shud reach morganville vampires.. there's the whole 'jailbait' theme in it, which is actually quiet cute =)

but with jill and adrian, i'm not too sure..
as for its legality... well, going out with jill won't be illegal, but sleeping with her wud be yet again, does the moroi world follow the same rules?? that's something we don't know... but he DOES refer to her as jailbait, so i'm guessing they do have similar laws..

I think you make a very good point. She is attracted to him. And I think it would be quiet a story to tell her parents that she's in love with a vampire, it would make an interesting dramma. I also want Adrain to find his match so I think your right it could be. Imm just glad that it's in first person. I dont think the book would be as good in third.. Yay!..

haha.. have u read bloodlines chapter 1?? it's somewhere in this thread.. richelle actually read chapter 1 of bloodlines in some interview/conference.. from there, u get an idea of how sydney's dad's all abt the ruless... i can just imagine their expresions, when she tells them she is interested in a "vampire"..a "moroi" that too.. i mean dhampirs still they r ok with to a certain extent, as dhamps dont drink blood..but moroi? hahahaha! =D

I totally had a fangirl moment while watching the Rose video on facebook. I'm not a fan of the actors chosen for the characters, but it still made me have a dorky moment haha

And Wow, that was a pretty cool set up they had going. I love all the different voice-overs.

Lol -ya'll i initially watched it without sound and i was in "OMG" mood. Then it occurred to me that they probably spoke.. so re-watched it with sound and i was like "wth" ... i found their voices highly annoying. I guess i prefer the voices in my head But i did enjoy it.

I'm guessing it's Jill who says "she's all he sees when he closes his eyes" and then Sydney's at the end saying "do you still love her". They don't sound like the same person... well, whoever said that first line really can't do accents.

Anyway, I thought Dimitri and Sydney were convincing enough. Dimitri's face... not what I pictured for Dimitri, but you only see him from the side and his voice wasn't too bad. Some of the girls' accents kept slipping up though and it was kinda distracting. Since this was done by Penguin Australia, they may as well have let the actors keep their accents instead of trying to fake one (with the exception of the dude playing Dimitri).
