Peace love n VA : I do encourage you to write if you want to
But the first thing to do - I guess - it's find an idea. Any idea. Just something. You may even begin with a fanfiction on VA, who knows.
I'm actually ... errrm ... quiet young, let's say, but I already began a few different stories. My biggest problem is that I always start full of enthousiasm, but then after a page (or less, sometimes) I stop, saying that I'll continue later. But I don't. And then, when I want to continue the story - like 4 months after having written the beginning - I am not in it anymore. I don't know what to write. And this goes on and on.
There's only one story on which I held on (it's called "Angels" by the way^^) and I think that it's because the first scene which I invented will be situated in more or less the middle of the book, so I automatically created a plot to reach that scene (Yes, I'm weird^^).
So do not hezitate, it ain't a problem if you're sometimes stuck at a moment or if you do not know how to continue your story. It'll come more and more easily the more you write.
Dimkaluv : it depends, I admit that I only write when it's easy for me
To me, the big hole is in the characters. I'm really not good at creating them, and even if I succeed in making them a personnality, they aren't enough for the storyline (the thing I'm worst at is ... finding names T.T).
Hehe, I also do have written notes about what I should put in my book, but ... I think I lost it >.>
*Sorry guys if I made some English mistakes - to me, it's a foreign language^^
PS. : Roza H., if you want, you can send me your story, I'd be glad to read it
