| This is a sequel thread to my first Camp Half-Blood thread, so leave all discussions of The Heroes of Olympus, including The Lost Hero, in here, alright? In any case, Drew is cannon-fodder. | |

| I haven't read it yet, but it's on my TBR list. Is it as good as the Percy Jackson series? | |

| Wilda, yeah it was. I didn't expect it to be. Spins off usually dont do much for me, i feel like the authors are trying to hard to keep a story alive, a world alive, that died in the previous series. But, we still get to see familiar faces and even Camp Half Blood. It was a really good story. I was scratching my head alot from being confused and annoyed at some character traits. But i think the second book will have a much better flow. | |

| Let's just be glad the gods of Olympus generally didn't make me go castration-happy(I am looking at you, general Royal Court and the Volturi!) alright? - Spoiler:
Like i said, Drew is cannon-fodder, and were she not Silena's half-sister(both have the same mum, along with Aeneas of Troy!), i'd option to hunt her dead, myself!

| The only thing I didn't like about it- it was far too predictable. It's a very good story and very... Was that word? It starts with a v.. Vibrant? I dunno, it doesn't sound right, but you get the point. | |

At least it flows better than most of City of Bones, right?(too much indecisions to do anything meaningful for me to count, in there!) Still nonetheless, i am not sure if i am up to do another vs thread between worlds, right now, without assurance it won't go to hell like the Potter-world vs twilight managed to take it to its capitol.(Due to being a mostly bad idea!) I feel even if a vs between the Potter-World and Camp Half-Blood is a good idea, the same fate will ensure because there are no actual debaters in there apart from myself.

I mean aside from that(although this is reasonable enough!) At least as for me, regardless of what i feel, at least the series finally offers the Aphrodite cabin a Pet the Dog series of moments, along with answering a lot of the questions i felt should have been answered, earlier(yet i didn't feel like asking them too much and demanding they get answered, unlike with the messy war with the Strigoi and how it began in the first place!) Permission to say more?

Permission to say more? Permission granted, please continue While i am glad that the first series brought Artemis' retinue a massive pet the dog series of moments, i was at a loss for the lack of general fight-worthiness the Aphrodite cabin appeared to have, except as back-up of last-resort.(To be fair, i am not the first, as one of the earlier cases asked me about that regard and how i had forgotten about that!) Basically it resulted in me reading The Aeneid,(The whole depressing fable!) as a start to fully stave off the blue-screening that came from when someone pointed out the troubles of the Aphrodite line as of late.

Ah, now I see, but in the sense of P.J.O. the Aphrodite cabin wasn't really all that well...how to put it......important until Selina and Charlie started dating

Blast it! At least she tried to lead her cabin to a proper direction, right?

| Selina was doing the right thing and then she went to fight the drakon in the battle with the titans, because they needed the Aries cabin so she put on Clarise's armor and led them to battle, and died for the camp | |

You probably should have listed it in a spoiler tag, just in case. Too many of us miss Silena in here, lately. All the more reason why i wish Merlin's people were here, rather than the descendants of some of their numbers, as of late.

How are we going to see her in a femslash fic with another female when we don't even know who she may have been flirting with from her own gender, for that matter? And why Charlie, for that matter?

One of us has doubts that Silena might hit on Clarisse, although we can agree that Silena might hit on another female if she is bi(and i suspect that Silena, at least, might be!) At least we both agree that Charlie's badass, right?

Worse...the Aphrodite cabin's overall leadership began to go to hell(pick a hell, i don't care too much on which!) as if we need more bad things to be listed out to get our hands even heavier when they are already full.

I don't know, but Drew tried to get her cabin to be cannon-fodder on par with the general Moroi Society of today(even worse than that, she is trying to give her mother more hell than she needs to pay, especially after what happened during the Trojan war and the 10 years that followed!) Yeah, were it not for the fact she's Silena's half-sister, i would have optioned to either let her die, or kill her, myself.
