Bloodlines the first VA spinoff book

Hmmm, the whole 'bloodlines' thing - what do we suppose that will bring about? Theres got to be a reason why its called that. Maybe certain characters are related and we never even knew about it!

I'm excited! And that's true but Jill could attend high school.

I'm kinda exited about this spin-off thing, because I want answers what happened to Sydney, Adrian, Jill, Sonya etc....
But on the other hand, I don't think that spin-off series will be as good as the original Vampire Academy series.
Rose won't be the main character, and I think Rose's story has come to an end. That's why the books won't be as good... Rose is my favorite and I like her point of view.

I assumed it would be about Sydney being that she's the only one we know about but I doubt it's her from the title of it. I could be wrong but thats just my guess.

I read a notice made by richelle mead herself and it says that the story was about sydney and the guy will be one that girls adore (Adrian)...and it also will tell more story about rose.

Yes but Jill is still in highschool and sending jill to california a sunny state for school might be a good way to hide her in plain sight, and perhaps sydney is undercover to protect Jill seeing as she is nearly one last dragomir who has a target on her head from moroi and strigoi a like.
I could be wrong but that would be my theory on that. Obviously Adrian has an attachment to jail bate so maybe he's in it to help her as well.

Also Richelle said it takes place in a public school this time offering a different dynamic on a moroi, so I really do believe this scenario is pretty close.

AGE HUH, WELL RICHELLE DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BIG AGE GAPS. DIMITRI WAS SIGNIFICANTLY OLDER THAN ROSE AS WELL. SO I DON'T THINK THAT WOULD BE A FACTOR. PERHAPS JILL AND EDDIE OR EDDIE AND MIA WOULD BE BETTER TOGETHER, I STILL THINK SYDNEY AND ADRIAN WILL GET TOGETHER.

I've talked to some people that don't like the idea of fifteen year old Jilll w/ Adrain and it did remind me of rose and Dimitri, and I think Jill would be gud for Adrain tho.

I still like the notion of Adrian and Sydney, more complex story line there that would keep the books interesting.

I saw RM's fb status today and apparently there is a scene with Adrian describing his perfect tattoo. I so hope that doesnt get cut... i love little tidbits like this. These small parts are my fav.

So glad Adrian's story is continuing.
