What's everyone up to?

I am nervous about this movie too.
My summer has been busy! I went to a wedding and down to a farmhouse my family used to own over the weekend. We were cleaning the farmhouse out since we sold it. On Sunday, we went out to lunch and came back to the farmhouse and I saw something on the white rocking chair. It looked like a huge fake snake... Until I saw it's tongue. Then I realized it was REAL and HUGE. It wasn't harming us but grandpa was trying to get it out of the house so I hid just in case it got mad but it ticked my grandpa off by trying to run and hide so my grandpa beat it to death. It was about 4 ft long...

Did anyone else have an incredibly interesting day?

Amy, I don't actually like cleaning. I hate it lol but it's my job and I hate a messy house so I try and keep up with it.

Chloe, I do love to take care of my family, but sometime is just wish they could clean up after themselves more. A lot of times I'll clean to relieve stress like if I'm angry or upset. Idk why but turning the music up and clenaing sometimes helps.

Blah i am sooooo tired right now. I didn't get to bed until after 1am then my son woke up sometime before 4am. I put him in bed with me and that just didn't work out. So I took him back to his bed around 4am. luckily he didn't cry and went right back to sleep. Then my hubby's alarm went off at 4:45am for 30 mins-he kept hitting snooze. My son woke me up at 7:30. I feel like I got no sleep. And I've got more cleanign to do. I just want to go and curl back up in my bed and go to sleep. I need a weekend away from the kids. But idk if I could handle a weekend away from my son. We haven't tried that yet. But i soooo need a break and more than a few hrs.

Wilda! I don't know about the tidying stuff, but the music, defiantely helps me too! OMG! i'm so sorry that you're that tired! Thats dreadful! GET SOME REST!
maybe, go to a spa for the day, with a friend or your mother or something. Leave your son with your husband..I know you don't like leaving him, but you probably should? Or you and your husband go off for the day, on a picnic on the beach or something? Romantic meal...

So I went shopping today! As in food shopping! What a nightmare. I've never been food shopping before, you see. And Lavvy was like "why don't you push the tolley" ..never been through anything that bad! People were banging into me, or me them! I even knocked into a row of bread Oh god... Was funny though

Chloe- That sounds like me when I try to shop! I am terrible at getting around without running into people. When I am walking down hallways at school, I do the same thing.

Kiera ~ I would've done the same thing. I do NOT like snakes.

Chloe ~ That's funny that you were having trouble with the tolley. I bet you got a lot of looks from other people. But now you know what I go through every Saturday for my grams.

Wilda ~ I agree with Chloe. You need a day at the spa. If you don't feel comfortable leaving your son with your hubby, ask your mom or a really good friend to watch him. I would watch him but I think I'm a little too far away from you.

So my day was so-so. I was suppose to work from 9 am - 6 pm. Well I walked into the office 10 minutes before hand and the Director was like "I guess you didn't get Joes' message?" Joe's my co-worker. I was like "No?" She told me that Joe had oly 10 kids and they didn't need me to come in until 12 pm. They had called me while I was driving on my way to work. If they knew the number of kids was going to be low they should have told me or called me earlier, this way I wouldn't have wasted the gas. Then the director told my I shoudl go shopping for 3 hours. I was thinking with what maoney? I can barely pay my bills on the money the give me. I have no extra for shopping. So needless to say I drove all the way back home, which takes like 15 - 20 minutes to drive, let the dogs out, and read my book for like 2 hours and then went back to work. The kids today were a bit crazy today and I have no idea why. But at least we got to go swimming and I saw a couple friends.

Okay, I going to stop now. I hope everyone had a better day than me.

Hey, it's Jeff, um how do I put this... I can't gurantee Ash is going to be okay, well some of those wounds my bother gave her, well they got infected and now she is in the hospital. Mackenzie is doing fine, but we don't think Ash will make it another week. All the cuts are really bad and they are trying to do all they can, but, God they can't seem to make it go away.

I thought I should come on here and tell you all, seeing as she loves you all so very much that it hurts me to keep this from you.

Ash is also in a coma if I didn't mention that.

I don't mind shopping. Just hate that I can't reach the top shelf.
One time a shopping trolley with groceries got loose in the carpark when i went shopping. Just happy it wasn't in the same row as my car. The things are dangerous.

Had a chilled out day reading watching the boat that rocked and surfing the internet.

Have to face textbook shopping tomorrow.

OMG I really hope Ash will be okay! That's terrible! I will be praying for her and sending get better vibes... Jeff, I am sorry for you too, neither of you should have to go through that.

So, how is everyone? What's everyone's plans this weekend?

I have absolutely no plans this weekend. My hubby has to work so it'll be just me and the kiddies this weekend.

im good. i should be going to my grandmas again this weekend and on tuesday its my birthday!

I have to catch up on studying. My class just got insane hard and intense out of no where. I'm in this bio class with people who have bachelor's degrees, been working in the medical field, want to be doctors and scientists and pharmacists. I'm a freaking Deaf Studies major. Give me a break already. Lol. Our prof got pissed off at us because no one- and i mean no one- did a hw assignment. So he made our quiz insanely hard. I got a 40 :-(. The smart smart kids got high 60's , low 70's. That's how hard the quiz was. A few people handed in a blank paper. Lol.

I'm going to do as much relaxing as humanly possible....it's my last 2 days of holidays before my final session at uni...so sort of sad. Since I have no idea what I'll be doing next year, this could be my last winter holidays for quite some time....expect the last week has been so hot it doesn't seem like winter...I keep wearing summer clothes so it feels strange.

I'm doing the same things I do every weekend. Food shop for my grams, clean my room, read my book, and hopefully I'll get to writing a bit of my book. Besides that nothing really. I'm just glad I get some time away from work, as I'm sure a lot of you are.

I am going to see a gospel choir with my best friend tonight. We've been having a rough time at home. MY dad was doing some "innocent" flirting but it honestly looked a lot like cheating and since this is like the 4th time it's happened, my mom decided she doesn't need it anymore. She isn't too upset about the thing with my dad but she has had a lot of bad things happen this year so it was kinda like the final smack in the face. I figure I can confide in you guys because you won't have any desire to harass me. Thanks for being here for me guys!

Oh Kiera, I'm so sorry luv. i wish i could make everything much better for you. are you okaa? how do you feel right now about the whole thing, and just everything in general? i dont want to sound too much like a shrink, but i just honestly want to help as best i can. try to support your mother and be there for her, comfort her..she'll need it. and you probably cheer her the world up by being a wonderful caring daughter!

Surprisingly, it hasn't rained here for awhile. I am actually doing pretty okay right now. It's just really weird how my dad won't to to my mom in front of me and how he seems to try to avoid our house. I also feel really bad for mom. I know the best thing I can do for her is just be her smiling daughter and that will give her more strength than anything else.

I hope everyone else is doing pretty good!

Kiera, i'm glad you can confine in us! I'm sorry about that situation, it's sucky. But, I'm proud of your momma. I've seen far to many woman stuck in a situation and not have the strength to walk away. You sound like an awesome daughter and together I have faith your family will be alright :-)

I haven't began to study yet. Last night, one cue- like every friday night i felt sick. So sick i couldn't even sleep. Woke up -late- and felt perfectly fine. So annoying. I think it's just my body protesting school work. I swear it's like clock work for the past few weeks. Friday, the start of my weekend, with plans to dive into studying and i get sick. smh

Today, i haven't done much of anything cause my parents are fighting. I'm so pissed off at my mother. I know she has a lot on her plate and is stressed out but common, my dad just got out the hospital- you can't be yelling and screaming and fighting with him. At that's all its been this morning. So i just hovering around my dad like his security. They actually started to fight- it was pretty funny actually. My mom slaps my dad on the back of the head ( not hard) so he back hands right in the boobie ( not hard) and they both are cat clawing in the air and then my dad sticks his tongue out at her. They are like two big ass kids.

Kiera ~ I soory for everything that is happening right now but I beleive your mom did the right thing. It shows how strong she is and you being her caring, smiling daughter will help her get through anything. I'm also happy that you feel comfortable enough to confide in us. Tasha ~ I agree that it's not good for your parents to be fighting. Your dad doesn't need that right now. He needs to relax and it's cool you feel so protective of him. I wish I was that close to my dad.

It was supposed to rain here yesterday and today. But all we got was a sprinkle yesterday morning. So not much rain here.

Kiera, everyone has pretty much said it all. I'm sorry that you and your mom have to go through that but like everyone one I'm glad she is strong enough to put an end to it. There are too many women out there that just put up with it. And you are an amazing daughter to be strong and just be there for her. Keep it up! I know you guys will pull through it!

Tasha, I'm ss your parents are fighting. I know that is the last thing your dad needs and he's lucky to have such a protective daughter! I hope things calm down for you guys and that you feel better and get everything you need done.

It stormed here the other day. I swear it looked like a hurricaine came out of nowhere! My son screamed and hid in my arms lol. Today its nice and sunny. Too bad its too hot to go outside and enjoy it.

Chloe: I know! I've only had like 6 weeks of relaxing...haha.

Last day of holidays and Dad wants me to go watch a football match with him and my pop. I'm definitely allowed to say no, because I turned up to one already (I'm the replacement daughter since my sister, the biggest football fan in my family, moved)...but I also know it will make him EXTREMELY happy if I go. And since I just finished my book and don't have the next one yet and I don't have uni work to do, I guess it won't kill me to go to the football...Provided we're home by 6:30 for the Merlin finale. God, I'd hate to miss that one (You know your life is borning if the most important thing in life is not missing tv *sigh*)
