So lonely and bored........Random topic for those who embrace your randomness

Anyone else bored all the time? I mena i try to find things to do but i still get bored. I read, I write, hell i even rearrange my rooms books, oh that reminds me i need to bug my mom for a book shelf.

Ok so like to anyone who is a living nad breathing creature of earth , do you ever feel like time is passing by way to fast i mean god! it was just November now its the end of freaking Janurary! God the time flys, Im in 9th grade nad its almost over hmm i might leave this place forever probably idk yet, but im starting to feel sad and depressed when i come here.

Can anyone help me with this? Anyone notice it rains to much on the east coast?

Alot of people tend to get a lil down during the winters. The lack of sun and niceness. I get really bored but it sucks for me cause i still live at home with my parents. So i can't do whatever I want whenever i want. Like i want to start writing again, but i only write late, really late at night. But, i have to wake up a certain time , do a list of chores and whatever it is my parents want done, which is a lot since i'm on a break from school. I just can't sit down and write anytime i want. I like the dead silence of the middle of the night. But, i love my sleep. I hardly sleep when i'm in school- i mean like every other day sometimes lol. So when i'm on break i love to sleep late and dream- something i dont do while i'm school. It's a hard balance. Which is why i binge read. I have read like 15 books in the past 3 weeks since i've been home. Plus, my bf lives here too so between him and his video games and sharing the internet with him... just don't have the time i would like to try to do things. :Shrug: Just needs to find a schedule. I'm working hard on doing that now. Actually, i started a diet to help with that. Not really trying to lose weight but just help balance the big chuck of activeness that no longer happens when not in school. The point of the diet is to help with a sleeping and eating schedule and hopefully life can fall smoothly in that mix.

I actually think time's been passing pretty slowly these days, but then again it's summer here, so I keep finding things to do. At the same time I'm also kind of bored a lot because it's summer and no-one's around and I'm on holidays still, so I'm sort of looking forward to when Uni starts up again so I'll get back into a weekly routine...but that's not happening until early march *sigh* still a while to go.

Lol, we're so different Kim. My time is flying by. I'm on break from school until March too but school is still consuming my life.

i spent the past 3 weeks always on campus of my school dealing with admin stuff. Even when i'm home i'm emailing professors and offices and making phone calls. Today i just spent the whole day looking for scholarships.

One of my professors wants me to put out a school literary magazine. While i want to, ( i dint volunteered, my prof asked me as a favor and i said i would do it last semester ) But my school has a 6 week semester and I'm not taking classes right now , so I'm not in school and don't really like the thought of having to be there prolonged periods of time. But, my passion of literature will override it and i'll probably end up putting hours in. Sigh. He's killing me.

Plus, i gotta spend some time in a meeting with my prof and some staff cause i'm entering to be my schools Poet Laureate. Poetry contest thingy for all community colleges. Each college gets one poet and then all the poets compete for the title. I'm being very ambitious with this because I havent wrote a real poem in YEARS.. just 4 or 5 "on the spot" poems in the past year...going through a terrible writing runt. I even stopped my blogging ( i hope one day to publish a memoir)

I just want to hide under my blankie with a book and not do anything. It's almost the end of Jan and i have no idea where my time went.

Wow, that's insane! So much writing...well, actually, for forum members/bloggers, writing sort of come naturally, at least you know that for the most part you can come up with something to say and maintain it for a while. So a literary magazine would be easy enough for you (writing wise)

I finally found out I'm definitely not back at uni until March. I had a feeling I was going back end of Feb. but it turns out I've got all of Feb to myself...yay.

Awe thanks! I'm trying to get back in touch with writing. I was thinking of setting up a blog but it's kind of pointless if I'm writing to myself lol.

Yay for extended vacations! lol.

I half tried the blogging thing too, but I hate the thought of talking to myself...online. It's one thing to talk to yourself normally, but to resort to the same thing online doesn't appeal to me. (Not to be all down on the blogging thing, for some people they're just good at it and/or like blogging...but it doesn't seem to work for me.)

LOL, i just love know how you deemed it "okay" to talk to yourself in real life. Lol, i do it all the time. The funniest thing is when I'm practicing my sign language sometimes i start signing to myself. My boyfriend always catches me and joking yells " stop talking to yourself" . the most embarrassing incident was a day of school, i had a presentation that day and was outside waiting around and i started mentally going through my presentation and i started to sign to myself and it was obvious i was all alone. lol.

haha, of course it's okay to talk to yourself in real life, it's sort of natural.
At least you had the excuse of going through your presentation though, when I talk to myself it's usually not signing and I just appear slightly insane, but really, who doesn't want that ?

i do i want i want crazy. LOL just not too much. But a lil insane now and then is more real. Sane can get kind of mundane no?

To be sane would definitely be a boring life...I mean, I like having some form of order every now and then, but I'd hate to be sane 24/7

I actually don't have yim anymore, so it'd be slightly hard for me.

Lol Kim, the way you state things reminds me of the likes of a Queen from an ancient era... or maybe it's the binge watching of The Tudors? lol

Lol! I quite like that, reminding people of queens. Although, these days whenever anyone says "queen" at me I always think of Alice in Wonderland and have to resist the urge to scream "OFF WITH HER HEAD!"
I've only watched the first season of the Tudors. My sister owns the second, but I haven't watched any of them yet.

I watched season one of Tudors Thursday/Friday. watching season two now. Not really a fan. It's just one of those cases were it's annoying, like geeze i started it and i wanna know how it ends. So i watch. lol. My bf was asking me why I'm watching so much soft core porn. I was dying laughing. I guess it could appear that way to a person walking in and out and 80% of the time is a mature scene. I don't like Henry that much. But i find I'm very fond of the queen Katherine ( not sure if that's the way she spells it but :shrug:

I love Charles Brandon, though I think that might just be because I love Henry Cavill...he's so hot! But yeah, I wasn't too fussed with the few episodes I'd seen of the second season, so that's why I haven't watched them yet. I thought the first season was interesting enough, I mean, it had it's moments.

Without spoilers, i must say the second season definitely picked up maybe a little after the halfway point. It made me sad. It threw me a twist where i was like what hold onnnnnnnnnnnnn lol. It got me angry. I is very happy with the faith of some characters too :evil laugh:

Then I might have to start watching the show again...I like twists

Lol one of my little outbrusts... So i bet you notice how alot of VA fans say Henry Cavill or Ben Barnes should play Dimitri if it was ever made into a movie. I vehemently disagree. So, while watching the Tudors my boyfriend was commenting on Henry's appearance...and i snapped lol. I went off on this hole rampage how Henry and Ben are NOT Dimitri... for quite some time. When i finished all my boyfriend said "well who the hell is Dimitri". lol.

Lol. I actually don't mind the idea of Henry Cavill as Dimitri, although I'm pretty against the series being made into a movie. I quite like books staying as books...it pains me to think of VA being turned into something less than perfect because of a film deal.

I understand that! I think my imagination is way better than a film.
