Our Target?

I would very much like to promote this forum and gather all fans around the world. Hence, we may need a specific numbers of fans to aim at. Like we want to reach 1000 members joined at least? And we will increase the targets once we hit the previous target. Game? So please help to contribute by promoting this site too! Maybe the movie production company will drop by and consider whether a movie should be out or not! To me, I really wish there's a movie out. Cos you know why. If it's out, more people, and I mean all over the world will know about this series. As such, they would buy the books to read and support Richelle Mead.

I've put the URL for the group on as many of the book review sites that I can think of. I started a Yahoo Ask just so I could put an answer up on Vampire Academy Message boards. I blindly emailed a couple people on Yahoo Answers who were looking for a message board with the URL too but there are likely many more there that could be contacted but there is a concern of SPAMming people. Amazon's discussion board also has the URL but I didn't email anyone specifically about it. I don't want to SPAM. But if you have other ideas or places to post the URL, have at it.

The best thing we can do to make this site and the books more popular is to keep talking about it!

If this forum becomes really lively it'll come up in people's search results on search engines like Google; whether they are searching for vampires, Richelle mead, or even some of the celebrities we've mentioned in our "ideal actors/actresses" convos they may come across the site, read the books, or just join in on the discussion.

Also, writing reviews is a great way to get people into the series.

So, yeah, it would be a good idea if the admins created a Facebook group/page...

The only problem, most of the admins are never on. Lol. I quite like Shadow Bite as it is though. It may not have outstanding numbers, but those that are here are awesome and true fans.

Just saying it would be fun... I mean, we could be more! It's nice that way, everyone knows everyone.

Why don't the admins log on often? I mean... we could improve that... I am on a greek harry potter forum, and it's great, we have dormitories and not everyone can see these posts. There are also ranks, depending on the number of the posts... It's great, but I don't log in there often... ^^
