Anyone know what its about. Fallen Angels? I'm guessing from the cover art.

Yup it has fallen angels. And Nephilim too.

Here's the synopsis:

I've read it. It was alright I guess, but it wasn't great or anything. It was slow and felt kind of boring a lot of the time. Mostly I read it to the end because I wanted to know wtf was going on.

I just bought the book from Barnes and Noble and from the looks of it, it's like a Twilight meets kind of Harry Potter!

It sounds good though, as soon as I finish Blue Blood, I will begin to read it!

I just read this book about 2 weeks ago. The cover intrigued me. It is very good. I think you would enjoy it.

Oh i was polishing my list of books I want to get and i stumbled across this book and it made its way to the near top. The cover just got me. I read some reviews though and some say its unoriginal. I hope not because the synopsis was interesting and i have a weakness for stories about fallen angels. I hope its good.

I read it a few weeks ago, and while I wanted to find out how it ended, the ended was sort of simple and I didn't think it had much of a plot. At the same time, I did enjoy reading it. It was one of those comfort books, uncomplicated and relaxing.

Would the series have a Vasilisa, which is Greek for Queen?

yeah, it's a series, the next one is coming out sometime this year...but that's all I know (haven't bothered to look it up much)

The 2nd book is called Crescendo and it comes out sometime this fall.

I read Hush, hush a few months ago. I like it, it's a nice read. Looking forward to the sequel this fall. Looks like there's a lot of books I like coming out this fall and winter. =)
Fallen by Lauren Kate is also about fallen angels but it's quite different than Hush, hush. I enjoyed Hush, hush more.

Just finished with Fallen. It was pretty slow. Didn't really enjoy it as much as I thought I would.

Anyone read Hush, Hush #2: Crescendo? I thought it was amazing. Patch is awesome. I'm excited for the 3rd book.

My friend wants desperately to read it. I don't know what's the big deal about it, but I think I'll read it too....

I thought Crescendo was a lot better than Hush Hush. Patch is definitely awesome although the whole Marcis business pissed me off.

Christy: you should give it a go. I don't think it's the best series out there at the moment, but it's pretty enjoyable. It's a fun series at least and the main guy Patch is extremely awesome.

About a 100 pages into cresendo and still waiting for something interesting to happen. Tell me it does.

idk if its what you'd call exciting, but its more towards the end of the book.

I have Crescendo but I think I'm going to donate or sell it or something because I have zero interest in reading it. This series is trying too hard to be something it isn't. Which by that I mean good. lol No offense to anyone who likes it. I'm just sick to death of love triangles and YA series that are very obviously riding on the success of other subjectively "popular" YA books.
