Rhage has a monster inside of him that comes out when he's excited/angry. He doesn't want to hurt the girl he loves by having this monster come out, and he can't control it when it does. He can only repress his emotions, and that doesn't always work.

So would this series have its equivalent of the ancient Spartans/The Mandalorians of Star Wars, anyone?
I also need to know if its better-edited than most of the first half of the Vampire Academy series is, as well, because it troubles me greatly, that while the main storyline of V.A is at least on par with Cirque Du Freak, the first half's initial editing was really weak[alright, it beats twilight or H.O.N, for sure, but it can't thrive as Blue Bloods could!]
It even hampered most of the action sequences of the first half of the series, outrightly.
The Editor is one of those people that stand between a story's survival, or outright suckage, and if the Editors aren't as through as they should be, not a lot of good aside from survival will be done.

OK I finished the 2nd....it was good until the end...the things she said about the dragon are kind of corny

But is the series well-edited, at least?
I need to know that.
