Dmitri Belikov

I wish Mead had spent just a wee bit more describing him. I honestly don't have a clear picture in my head and the cover of Shadow Kiss doesn't fit the description we do have. So anyway, here's a thread to discuss the Guardian "god" that all the other Novices and Guardians respect. Do you think it's fair to saddle Dmitri with that moniker? Is it hard tot live up to others' ideals of perfection?

But I love how he's this.... bad assed Guardian, whom seems to know EVERYONE but talks to so little people. xD; It just goes to show that his reputation becomes him.

And for Blood Promise-- I really hope Rose doesn't have to... you know, off him.

my friends and i think that right before rose finds him shes gonna find out that shes pregnant. that would be so ah-mazing i would just die from laughter.

if rose actually kills him i will be so ticked.

i hope mead does what cast did and finds a way to reverse the strigoi transformation or at least just for him.

But how could she be pregnant? Dhampir can only have babies w/ Moroi (and possibly Strigoi?)

I really like our Dimka. He's great. Sure, I would love to know more about him. Where he goes, what he does when he's not training Rose. That sort of thing. I especially want to know what goes through his mind sometimes. What he thinks about when he's alone.

He's an amazing Guardian, but as we see in Shadow Kiss, he's not perfect, either. I hope that's not a spoiler.

Well well! He's about the right age (at least he looks the right age), a good height, nice build. (Maybe the boy from HP Viktor was too bulked up?) Your Gaspard there looks like he could fill a cowboy duster coat nicely, too.

I think he would be perfect for the part if they ever made it into a movie.
