| Ok I am very interested in knowing how many guys actually read Vampire Academy. Am I the only one, because if I am that is rather depressing. The only people I know who have read it are all girls and they mostly discuss the hotness of the guys (it scares me).
So if you are a guy who has read VA (and liked it) or know a guy who has done the same please respond. | |

| lol Well I'm not a guy, but I'm seriously trying to get my brothers to read it. I know they have absolutely no interest in it whatsoever, or in reading in general, and I've been trying to convince my older brother in particular that he'd like it. I mean, he watches True Blood and likes that well enough. Other than that, it's just me and my lil sis that have read it. We're the VA fanatics in our house.  We do more than fawn over the hot guys though. lol We discuss theories as well. But yeah, I made my bro read the first page, and he ended up reading a little more. Though he still won't read the book!! Argh. | |

| My best friend who is a guy read it. He totally loves it. Its funny cos I didn't think we would get into it as much as we have. Now we end up talking about it all the time. We read the same books at the same time..( he reads slower so I had to be careful not to ruin it for him). Just like dimkaluv, we discuss more than the guys. Not to say that we don't talk about the guys..but mostly lately we have been talking about what we think will happen in BP. So yes to answer your question there are a few guys who read VA, and I can't speak for all the ladies here..but I certainly don't only talk about the guys!!!  | |

| Well it is good to know I am not the only guy who has read it. Still the ratio of guys to girls must be severley tilted to girls. | |

| Actually, yeah...my guy friend reads Vampire Academy..He didn't expect to like it as much as he did. My brother also reads the series, but he said it was just "okay".
I don't really discuss how "hot" the guys are, unless someone else brings the subject up...I like to discuss what I think of the books and how I think everything will turn out in the end. | |
