The Black Family Tree Of The Potter-World!!!^^'

This is a place in which it is 100% percent safe for us to talk about the Black Family Tree, as we go in and start discussing the tree, from the likes of the Black Family Brothers, to their weasley kindred[Arthur Weasley's children!] to even the likes of Nymphadora Tonks, for that matter, if you like.


Now let us discuss them, right here.

Well personally I adore Sirius, and cried so much when he died. I can't believe Ms. Rowling had him killed (though I understand that Harry had to face a lot of deaths and if he'd happily gone off to live with Sirius he wouldn't have become the person he was in the end of the series).

But all the Blacks (and their distant and not so distant relatives) are pretty interesting. Not only are there the Weasleys and Tonks, but also the Malfoys. Nearly every well known pure-blood family has a connection to the Blacks. Now that's pretty special if you ask me.

What's more?As much as i respect Mr. Potter[who felt like the closest thing to an Older Brother i could ever hope to find] and his ancestors, the Peverells, even i would admit that...if i had to choose which family to research, first, when it came to the Peverells and the Blacks, i would have chosen the Blacks, every single time.

The Blacks have a very large list of enemies that wanted them dead, since the ancient times, and in which case, i wouldn't be surprised if they were unable to list them all, to be honest...yet i suspected that the Blacks must have drawn first Blood and striked, first, in such a way, that most of their enemies would have died, at that moment.

haha, the Blacks have strength and power up their sleaves. If you knew who they were you wouldn't want to fight them. As if anyone could possibly think they could!

Unless it turned out that some of their enemies might have been formerly close friends and allies, whom they brutally betrayed for reasons unknown, for the most part, and nearly left some of the families of their allies to die, in which case...their descendants would have trained very hard and extensively to kill anyone of the Black Family Tree of the times after such deception, even if it took centuries to be ready for that to happen.

But yeah...otherwise, no one in their right mind, unless they were Merlin or any Olympian Demigod at that time, would have wanted to fight them.

Though I believe Merlin could have done it, definitely (I'm a little Merlin obsessed these days. I blame the BBC tv series)

If i feel that Merlin would have been able to take them on, i blame the fact of the matter that he's half-demon, half-human, to be honest.

Although Lestrange happens to be as fearsome as Morgan Le Fay, that i won't doubt, though, but still, apart from that, if Merlin or any Olympian Demigod who's a child of either Zeus, Poseidon, or Hades went after them, they would overpower most of the members of the tree, without any real problem, at all...alright, except for the Weasleys, but them aside, yeah, most would be wiped out, in a flash.

As for anyone else opposing S.M, you're both right and wrong about that, as i did put too much thought into it, but wrong about no one in their right minds aside from the above list wanting to fight them, as if it turned out that said family they might have left to die, survived somehow, and turned out that they might know how to kill them off, they might actually have a hope in hell, and rally some of the other surviving families, as well.

Any enemies the Blacks would have, in general, otherwise, not a chance, as it's blindingly obvious that most of their enemies would be dead if they tried to get rid of them, as the scenario families i mentioned earlier might be able to do that, while most other families' worth would not be so lucky...well, the scenario families i mentioned have Better Odds.>.>

sure if these families banded together to take out the Blacks they might have a chance at destroying them, though I still think the blacks would pull through; they're a determined bunch.

This is going to result in a composite feud, and not just a blood-feud or family feud, or even an international feud, wouldn't it?From the fighting, i mean.

For some reason or another, it's usually hard to fight a family who's fighting with more than just their rage, let alone a faction of families, for that matter, isn't it, S.M?I suspect that the Blacks might have allies of their own, as well?

Of course the Blacks would have allying families: The Malfoys, the Lestranges, the Crabes, Goyles and any other of the "pure-blood" familes (minus the Potters, weasleys and longbottoms...I doubt they'd be inclined to help the Blacks).

The Potters, along with the Weasleys and Longbottoms, would have make like the 3 ships alliance of the Gundam:SEED series and do their best to stop the fighting, if they even can, before it gets out of hand, in that case, right?

yeah, I'd say they would probably join together. I'm trying to think of any other pure-bloods that would take a stand. I know there would be half-bloods who'd be willing to fight, but I'm not so sure about other pure-bloods.

There's the Johnsons and Dean's father's family to think about, as they might get involved in the process,[Besides, Dean is more or less the Potterworld's equivalent of Lancelot, in a way, if we stop to think about it, you know!]As they may join the 3 mentioned families to prevent, contain, and end the fighting between the other two factions of families before it got out of hand, as well, right?

That family tree is so friggin' confusing! But I enjoy looking through confusing things. ^^ I find it interesting how so many people are related to the Blacks somehow or another.

All the pure bloods seem to be related to each other, you'd have to be in order to stay "pure"

Yeah, I know...but it's a web of people tying the Weaslys to the Blacks and the Longbottoms and...I think I'm getting this all wrong...-headdesk-

I'm terrible with keeping the bloodlines in order. I've been longing to re-read the harry potter books. Maybe this time around I can actually get the bloodlines right.
