Feather in the Smoke

Um....hey everyone...well this is my first fan-fiction so please don't kill me with criticism and flames because you have to remember that this is my first fan-fiction. But anyways this fan fic is about Adrian and Cleite ( I made Cleite up if you didn't already guess that). Now we all know that Adrian likes to smoke and all so that's where the word smoke comes from and Cleite is Irish for feather so there's where the word feather comes from. Well I hope I didn't bore you or anything so enjoy.

Chapter 1

"Adrian, please just let him apologize," I called out, grabbing Adrian's jacket. Adrian turned around, looked at me with gentle eyes.......then picked me and threw me over his shoulder, saying as calmly as possible, "Cleite, he hit you, so I hit him and I don't care if he wants to apologize because now you have a bruise on your arm because how hard he hit you." He then continued to carry me to his car until he reached the passenger side and opened the door, gently letting me down and into his car. I looked up at him and glared, but he just smiled sweetly at me, leaned down, and gently brushed his lips against mine, making a soft pink blush spread across my cheeks. "He said that he hadn't meant to hit me," I said softly looking down at the leather seats of his convertible. Adrian laughed softly, shaking his head from side to side and said, "Darling, I still don't care if he hadn't meant to." He walked around to the other side of the car and got into the drivers seat, starting up the car and pulling out of the clubs parking lot. As they drove past the other mic-mansions that lined the street in the neighborhood they lived in I sighed and tapped the window, letting Adrian know that I was cold. He stopped the car at the closest driveway and pressed the button to bring the top of the car up. Adrian then pulled out of the driveway and sighed shaking his head at how delicate his little feather was. "You really should stop putting the top down when you drive around in the afternoon if you get cold at night," Adrian said with a laugh. I glared at him and said, "Well it's warm in the afternoon, so I drive with the top down." I settled into the seat and sighed happily when I saw the trees of our woods appear after the next turn, glad that I would get to read in my library soon.

Well, I thought that it would be better to post a preview of the first chapter so you guy could see if you like it or not so please leave a reply and tell me if I should change anything or add something.

It's a good start Rhia. I just would of like some background first. Like a synopsis. or something. Cause this just jumps into things, characters and relationships. I"m just like hmmm. But it's good writing and i like it.

Thanks Tasha and don't worry cause that was just a preview, when I write the full first chapter I'm gonna include who Cleite is, how she and Adrian met, and why she and Adrian are together, so basically the entire backround story up to the beginning of the first chapter
